Job Title: Warehouse Operator

At ITW, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Warehouse Operator to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods and materials within our facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Goods Handling and Inventory Control: You will be responsible for receiving, storing, and dispatching goods and materials in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Delivery and Collection: You will be responsible for taking delivery of goods and supplies, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring that all goods are properly packed and loaded for dispatch.
  • Quality Control: You will be responsible for inspecting goods and materials to ensure they meet our quality standards.
  • Health and Safety: You will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of housekeeping in your working area, actively participating in health and safety initiatives, and reporting any safety concerns or maintenance issues.
Requirements:
  • Experience and Skills: You will need to have a high level of accuracy, warehouse experience, and be computer literate. A current counterbalance and reach truck forklift license is essential.
  • Communication and Teamwork: You will need to be able to work well under pressure, have effective communication skills, and be a motivated individual who is flexible and willing to learn continuous best practice.
  • Organizational and Time Management: You will need to have excellent organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills.
