Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Finance Manager to become a key player in our client's thriving organization.

As a Finance Manager, you will be expected to quickly adapt and contribute significantly to our expanding finance team.

Your primary responsibilities will include conducting strategic evaluations of business performance and overseeing the preparation and collection of financial statements.

With a robust understanding of finance and a solid professional background, you will play a crucial role in shaping the strategic vision of the organization by collaborating closely with the Board of Directors.


The ideal candidate will be joining a well-established firm with a strong client portfolio, experiencing ongoing success and growth.

Your expertise will enable the organization to advance and evolve, as you will be responsible for accurately reporting on business performance, managing cash flow, and providing margin forecasts to key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting
- Cash Flow Forecasting
- Monthly Sales Analysis
- Monthly Profit and Loss Statements
- Maintaining Current Forecast Figures
- Individual Project Margin Assessments
- Management of Customer and Supplier Payments
- Banking Reconciliations
- VAT and Annual Returns to Companies House
- Expense Reconciliation
- Handling Supplier and Customer Invoice Queries
- Maintaining Financial Ledgers
- Collaborating with Accountants for Year-End Financials and Corporation Tax
- Monthly Payroll and PAYE Calculations
- Management of Sales Commissions and Bonus Payments

Required Skills:
- Proficiency in SAP accounting software is essential
- A minimum of four years in a senior finance position is preferred
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy
- An accountancy qualification is mandatory
- Full CIMA, ACCA, or ICAEW qualification is preferred but not essential
