Job Opportunity: Senior PHP Developer


About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled PHP Developer to join our client, a market leader in the Intellectual Property industry, on a remote-first basis. As a Senior PHP Developer, you will be responsible for overseeing a huge enterprise application that is used by both the company's internal staff and their clients and suppliers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain large-scale PHP applications using the LAMP stack.
  • Work with MySQL databases to ensure data integrity and performance.
  • Collaborate with the team to design and implement new features and improvements.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.


Requirements:

  • Strong core PHP knowledge and experience with the LAMP stack.
  • Excellent MySQL experience and knowledge of database design.
  • Experience with AWS and TypeScript is a plus.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • A competitive salary up to £80,000 depending on experience.
