Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented solicitor to join our wills and probate team in Sheffield. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a partner-led team that offers a full range of legal and tax expertise to help clients plan effectively for their future.

The team deals with complex estates, often with international elements, and provides services such as:

  • Wills - advising on, drafting, and executing
  • Trusts - setting up and administering trusts to manage money, property, or investments for specific people or purposes
  • Wealth Management - advising on investments and wealth-holding structures
  • Succession Planning - planning for the future so our clients' businesses continue to thrive

About You

We are looking for individuals with a passion for estate planning work and a proven experience working on complex estates or with high net worth individuals. Our ideal candidate will have:

  • The ability to take instructions from clients and give sound legal advice
  • Experience working on or assisting on high-value complex case matters
  • Proven ability to manage their own caseload while maintaining the highest level of attention to detail and client service
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong technical knowledge specifically across wills, LPAs, and trusts
  • A desire for business development
