Apprentice Multitrader

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Multitrader to join our team at Aspire Evolve, specializing in work on void flats. The ideal candidate will be proficient in kitchen fitting and a range of remedial works. You will play a key role in ensuring that void properties are brought up to a high standard, ready for occupancy.

1. Kitchen Installation: Install new kitchens, including cabinetry, worktops, and tiling, to meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
2. Remedial Work: Perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks, including plastering, painting, carpentry, and general handyman duties, to ensure that properties are restored to their original condition.
3. Property Preparation: Ensure all void flats are completed to a high standard and in line with company and safety regulations, adhering to industry best practices.
4. Problem Solving: Identify and rectify any issues that may arise during the renovation process, utilizing your expertise and experience to find effective solutions.
5. Health & Safety: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others, and promoting a culture of safety within the team.

1. Proven experience as a Multitrader, with a strong background in kitchen fitting and general remedial work, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
2. Relevant qualifications in carpentry, plumbing, or a related trade are highly desirable, demonstrating your commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
3. A good understanding of health and safety regulations, including risk assessment and mitigation strategies, is essential for this role.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding customer expectations.
6. Full UK driving license is required, enabling you to travel to various locations and sites as needed.
7. Must have own PPE and tools, ensuring that you are equipped to perform your duties safely and efficiently.
