Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at Reinforced Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing high-end residential projects from procurement to completion.
Key Responsibilities- Lead projects from procurement through to completion, ensuring programme, quality, and financial performance.
- Oversee 2-3 high-end residential projects in Oxfordshire, with long-term prospects to advance into a Regional Director role.
- Manage and motivate teams to deliver exceptional results.
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Develop and implement effective project management strategies to drive business growth.
Our client is a prominent super prime residential refurbishment contractor based in the South East with over 20 years of experience. The company is celebrated for its meticulous craftsmanship, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service, having successfully completed numerous high-profile projects across southern England.
Requirements and Rewards- Extensive experience in managing high-spec residential projects, with strong leadership skills to manage and motivate teams.
- Deep understanding of contract management, risk identification, and programming.
- Local experience in similar projects is a significant advantage.
