Position Overview

Home Instead Lincoln is seeking a dedicated Field Care Supervisor to join our dynamic team at the Lincoln branch.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and support the Care Assistants, ensuring high-quality care delivery.
  • Conduct regular assessments of team members to foster best practices in care.
  • Perform evaluations for service users to guarantee optimal strengths-based support.
  • Adhere to safeguarding protocols, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with GDPR.
  • Ensure alignment with CQC standards and regulations.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Possession of a personal vehicle and a valid UK driving license.
  • Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care, with a commitment to pursue Level 3.
  • Willingness to work both in the office and in the field, with a 50/50 split.
  • A proactive and positive approach to work.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
  • Participation in 'On-Call' duties on a rotational basis.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to set exemplary personal and professional standards for Care Assistants to emulate.
  • Experience in the care sector, providing a diverse range of personal care services.
  • Supervisory experience with MAR charts and medication management.
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional care and enabling clients to live independently.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations in Health and Social Care.
  • Strong communication skills with a knack for building rapport quickly.
Additional Information:
  • Competitive salary of £22,500.00 p.a., with additional compensation for On-Call duties and overtime.
  • Full-time employment contract of 37.50 hours per week.
