Care Assistant Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Care Assistant to join our team at Home Instead. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide companionship and social interaction to clients, ensuring they feel valued and respected
* Assist with everyday tasks such as meal preparation, light housework, and personal care
* Accompany clients to appointments and shopping, using your own reliable form of transportation
* Support clients with personal care, promoting independence and dignity

**Requirements**

* Ability to work alternate weekends, due to our business rapidly growing
