At SDL Property Auctions (Part of Eddisons), we're seeking a skilled Sales Negotiator to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for managing properties from listing to sale, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage properties from listing to sale, ensuring seamless communication with buyers, sellers, and agents
* Support buyers through the registration process, ensuring they're bid-ready
* Coordinate viewings and answerphone calls to deliver outstanding customer service
* Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries efficiently
* Promote the use of our legal pack and conveyancing providers to meet monthly targets
* Identify opportunities to improve customer service and make recommendations to your line manager
* Collaborate with the administration team to obtain property particulars
* Be flexible and support the valuers as needed

Requirements

* 12 months' experience in the property sector and customer service
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
* Good standard of numeracy and literacy skills
* Experience of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
* A keen eye for detail
