Rotational Programme for Adult General Nurses

We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for newly qualified and recently registered adult general nurses to join our rotational programme. This two-year programme will provide you with the chance to gain valuable experience and skills in a variety of community-facing services.

During the programme, you will have the opportunity to work in four different rotational experiences, including in-patient rehab, end of life care, community nursing, and urgent community response. This will enable you to develop a broad range of skills and knowledge, and to work with a diverse range of patients and colleagues.

As part of the programme, you will receive a financial incentive, paid in three instalments over the two years, to support you in your career development. You will also have the opportunity to work in a variety of locations, including Alton Community Hospital, Andover War Memorial Hospital, and Unit 2 Wessex Business Park.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work in a variety of community-facing services, including in-patient rehab, end of life care, community nursing, and urgent community response
  • Develop a broad range of skills and knowledge in adult general nursing
  • Work with a diverse range of patients and colleagues
  • Receive a financial incentive, paid in three instalments over the two years

Requirements:

  • Be a newly qualified or recently registered adult general nurse
  • Have a good clinical knowledge and ability to deliver high-quality care
  • Have a driving licence and access to a vehicle for work
