Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Finance Manager to join our team in Greater London. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our financial operations, ensuring fiscal responsibility, and supporting strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage annual budgets, monitor performance, and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Forecasting: Develop financial forecasts and projections to support strategic planning and resource allocation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to analyze financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive financial efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Financial Acumen: Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and financial modeling.
  • Analytical Skills: Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, budget management, and forecasting.
  • Data-Driven: Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools to extract insights and inform decision-making.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Sustainability Mindset: Experience with sustainability initiatives or green finance is a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
