About the Role

Marshall Group is seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely financial reports, including month-end results, variance analysis, and commentaries.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  2. Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making.
  3. Assist with the preparation of external reporting, including Office of National Statistics surveys and VAT returns.
  4. Collaborate with the Accounts Payable team to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.
  5. Support the year-end process, including financial audits and reconciliations.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior management and external clients.
Requirements
  • CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified or equivalent.
  • Experience working with non-finance professionals and IFS system experience.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and high competency in data analysis using Excel and other reporting tools.
  • Methodical and systematic mindset, with ability to prioritize tasks as needed.
  • Accurate, efficient, and organized, with ability to work in a high-pressured environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to maintain strong relationships with external clients and internal colleagues.
