Clark Contracts Limited is a leading main contractor with a strong presence in the Scottish construction market. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead our projects to success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver projects with values in excess of £20 million, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, to budget, and to the highest standard of workmanship.
  • Manage subcontractors and maintain strong relationships with design teams, clients, and existing and new customers.
  • Produce, analyze, and interrogate programs to ensure project success.
  • Control projects to financial budget and fully embrace the company's customer-centric approach.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role with another main contractor, with a strong understanding of Microsoft Project and Office packages.
  • Hold a current SMSTS qualification and have a high level of Health & Safety Awareness.
  • Hold current First Aid and Scaffold Inspection Certificates and have excellent Communication Skills.
  • Experience in both refurbishment and new build, with strong IT skills and contract administration skills.
  • Ability to control and manage subcontractors, program projects from scratch, and manage existing programs using Microsoft Project.
  • Ability to demonstrate strong leadership and project management skills.
