Job Summary: Prestige Recruitment Specialists is seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Operative to join our client's Night Team at Cranswick Country Foods Riverside. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for assembling and packaging raw pork products, ensuring high-quality standards, and following strict work instructions and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and package raw pork products into packaging, labelling, and packing the product
  • Continuously check the quality of products on the line to ensure they meet the required standards
  • Follow required work instructions and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient working environment
  • Work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and achieve production targets
  • Proactively identify and report any quality or safety issues to management
  • Comply with Food Safety and Quality procedures at all times

Requirements:

  • Self-motivated and hardworking individual with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
  • Proactive and enthusiastic attitude towards meeting deadlines and achieving production targets
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances

What We Offer:

  • Nights: £13.97 per hour (Basic) & £17.46 per hour (overtime during busy periods)
  • Working Hours: 18:00-06:00 4 on 4 off
