We are seeking a skilled tradesman to join our team at R9 Recruitment, working on a contract with a large property maintenance client. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out repairs and maintenance work on social housing properties in the Lambeth area.

This is a temporary to permanent role, with the opportunity to secure a permanent contract after 12 weeks of work. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry, as well as experience in two or more additional trades such as plumbing, tiling, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out repairs and maintenance work on social housing properties
  • Working on a variety of projects, including carpentry, plumbing, and tiling
  • Providing excellent customer service to clients
  • Working independently and as part of a team

Requirements:

  • Strong background in carpentry
  • Experience in two or more additional trades
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Company van and fuel card provided
  • Rate: up to £19 per hour
