  • Undertake professional leadership roles, taking responsibility for the learning and development of others through leadership, management, supervision, mentoring, assessing, and teaching.
  • Assess and manage high levels of risk, providing expert opinion in relation to decisions surrounding complex cases.
Requirements
  • Be a qualified social worker and registered with Social Work England.
