Automotive Service Advisor

We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our prestigious automotive client based in the rural sector.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the motor trade, with excellent knowledge of vehicles and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting customers, scheduling work in the diary, and liaising with the workshop controller.
You will also be required to communicate findings with customers, raise estimates and invoices, and take payment.
Additionally, you will assist with answering the phone, organizing work with suppliers, and providing a high level of customer satisfaction.
This is a permanent position with a competitive salary range of £30K to £35K, depending on experience.
The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, with an hour break for lunch, and 22 days paid holiday per year, plus bank holidays.
Saturdays are on rotation, 8am to 4pm, one in three.
