Job Title: Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Candour Talent Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our client's mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on mechanical equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
  • Carry out repairs and replacements of mechanical components as required.
  • Conduct inspections and tests to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with the project department to provide additional support as needed.
  • Utilize machine shop skills, including welding, fabricating, and operating equipment such as lathes, milling machines, and drills.
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 3 in Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
