We are seeking a dedicated Service Team Member to become part of our welcoming and skilled staff at Farncombe Estate. Our estate features breathtaking natural surroundings and unique accommodations, offering a memorable experience for both guests and employees alike.

Your Role

As a member of our service team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests enjoy their dining experience. We pride ourselves on providing exquisite cuisine, including sustainable seafood and gourmet dishes, all served in a relaxed yet elegant atmosphere.

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for hospitality, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. You should enjoy engaging with guests and be committed to delivering outstanding service.

Work Schedule

We offer flexible contracts of up to 40 hours per week, with opportunities for both full-time and part-time work. Our team members should be available to work evenings and weekends.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive wage starting at £12 per hour, increasing to £12.20 after one year of service. Additionally, you will receive a share of service charge, meals during shifts, and tips. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
