We are seeking a skilled Gas Engineer to join our team at Niyaa People Ltd.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out service and repair work within tenanted properties in Lincolnshire. This is a permanent contract within social housing, offering a stable and secure environment for the right individual.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out routine maintenance and repairs to gas appliances and systems within tenanted properties.
  • Respond to emergency call-outs and provide timely and effective solutions to ensure the safety of tenants.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality workmanship.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulations.


What We Offer:

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong background in gas engineering, with experience working in social housing or a similar environment. A valid gas safety certificate and a clean driving license are also essential.
