Job Title: Asset Maintenance Planner

We are seeking a skilled Asset Maintenance Planner to join our team at Line Up Aviation. As an Asset Maintenance Planner, you will be responsible for providing short/medium term planning requirements and material planning requirements to support aircraft scheduled maintenance inputs.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure compliance with legislative and Company Procedures to maintain aircraft airworthiness.
  2. Liaise with Operations Controllers, Technical Records, and the Maintenance Team to ensure a common understanding of capability and capacity.
  3. Enter Technical log utilisation data onto the Maintenance system.
  4. Review allocated Aircraft status reports on a weekly basis to ensure full maintenance programme compliance is maintained.
  5. Identify provisional maintenance dates for allocated aircraft based on projected utilisation and update the Maintenance planning calendar with 'Provisional' maintenance dates.
  6. Review material requirements against provisional maintenance dates for allocated aircraft. Raise reservations/purchase requisitions for missing materials.
  7. Raise aircraft scheduled maintenance orders.
  8. Review prepared work specifications and work packages for maintenance inputs to ensure that aircraft downtimes are minimised.
  9. Confirm material requirements are available for the scheduled maintenance events for allocated aircraft.
  10. Ensure that the support and prepared documentation provided by Planning meets the needs of scheduled maintenance inputs.
  11. Reset Maintenance tasks in MIS.
  12. Perform other reasonable tasks as directed by the AHUK management team in support of the MFTS operation.
Essential Skills:
  1. Knowledge of EASA regulations relating to Part M and Part 145 Airworthiness and Maintenance requirements.
  2. Experience with SAP and ERP software, for the use of Technical Records, Planning, and Maintenance.
  3. High computer literacy skills, competent with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Access).
Desirable Skills:
  1. Academic qualification in Aviation related discipline (NVQ, BTEC, HNC/D).
