**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Engineer with a mechanical bias to join our team at a leading manufacturer of skin care, cleaning, and hygiene products for professional markets.

**Responsibilities:**

• Perform routine maintenance of building facilities and systems, including lighting, HVAC, fire alarms, and other mechanical equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical equipment with a focus on pumps, including strip, rebuild, and testing as required.
• Carry out preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Respond to breakdowns and emergencies efficiently and collaborate with other engineers and departments as needed.

**Requirements:**

• Previous experience in facilities maintenance and mechanical engineering.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, particularly pumps.
• Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Mechanical engineering qualification preferred.

**What We Offer:**
