The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing work, tracking off-the-job training, and supporting apprentices to develop and attend English and maths. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Health and Social Care, experience in assessing in the workplace, and industry knowledge. Key responsibilities include:
* Assessing work and tracking off-the-job training in line with the agreed training plan
* Supporting apprentices to develop and attend English and maths
* Ensuring apprentices meet the requirements set out in the individual Apprenticeship Standards
