Advanced Clinical Practitioner Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our team in Bristol. As a key member of our primary care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our clinical services.

About the Role

This is a full-time or part-time opportunity, with variable templates depending on the number of hours/days worked. You will be working in a GP Training & Research Practice, alongside a large team of GPs, ANPs, Clinical Pharmacists, OH Nurses, Mental Health Nurses, and FCPs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care, including 15-minute appointments and home visits
  • Support the development of specialisms and contribute to the growth of our clinical services
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve outstanding patient outcomes
  • Participate in research projects and contribute to the development of new clinical initiatives
