About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi Trade Operative to join our team at Liberty. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of tasks, including roofing, carpentry, and plumbing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Repair and replace roofing trusses, soffit, fascia, and barge boards
  • Repair and replace ceiling and floor joists, stairs, studding, partition walls, and flooring
  • Repair and replace doors, door casing, skirting, handrails, balustrades, pipe boards, and ducting panelling
  • Repair and replace kitchen units, worktops, and decorative finishes
  • Repair and replace ironmongery to doors and windows
  • Repair and replace timber and UPVC window frames
  • Reglaze timber fencing and gates
  • Carry out minor plumbing activities and patching, plastering, wall and floor tiling
Requirements
  • Served a recognized Apprenticeship and qualification (NVQ L2/L3)
  • Experience of working as a Multi Trade Joiner/Plumber and the installation of wet rooms & Disabled adaptations
  • Competent in all aspects of the Joiner and/or Plumbing trade discipline
  • Plastering trade discipline (desirable)
  • Ability to carry out multi-skill trades
  • Housing Association experience is essential
  • Driving licence is essential
  • Skilled workers will hold a CSCS card, have asbestos awareness and have own tools
