Marine Product Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Marine Product Specialist to join our team at Marine Resources Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for the optimal positioning of our marine products in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement local product positioning strategies for individual marine models.
  • Act as the primary marine product window for internal stakeholders and external partners, providing expert advice and support.
  • Conduct market research to understand competitors and their products within the marine market sectors, identifying areas for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with the P&A Sales team to grow marine P&A opportunities through the dealer network and eCommerce channels.
  • Monitor eCommerce sales of relevant marine products and related P&A, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies for growth.
  • Play a key role in developing and implementing the company brand and its digital marketing approach, focusing on the marine sector.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in product positioning and marketing within the marine industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct market research and identify areas for growth and improvement.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results and achieving sales targets.
