Job Title: Senior Finance Manager/Director, Plant Finance Measurements & Processes

Our client, a leading innovator in automotive manufacturing, is seeking a seasoned finance professional to drive strategic financial planning and analysis across multiple plants in Southern Ontario and Michigan. As a key member of the plant management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial processes and systems to support business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making
  • Implement and manage financial systems and processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business growth and profitability initiatives
  • Collaborate with plant management and corporate finance teams to drive financial planning and analysis
  • Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements to reduce costs and improve efficiency
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance
  • 10+ years of experience in senior finance and accounting roles, with a focus on manufacturing and automotive industries
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing financial processes and systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
