Bodyshop Estimator/VDA Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Bodyshop Estimator/Vehicle Damage Assessor to join our team at Jago Consultants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret customer or internal instructions and complete estimates and associated documentation.
  • Examine vehicles and produce estimates for repairs, liaise and negotiate with customers and insurance companies as required.
  • Maintain appearance and manner to present the best possible image to customers in accordance with company policy.
  • Record customer complaints or non-conformance of the quality system and implement corrective action by following documented procedures.
Requirements:
  • Experience in bodyshop estimating or vehicle damage assessment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
