Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Maintenance Engineer with a strong electrical background to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform both electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks.
- Deliver maintenance and repair solutions for various manufacturing equipment.
- Execute scheduled and unscheduled maintenance work.
- Complete all maintenance tasks promptly and efficiently.
- Repair hand tools and harnesses as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Monitor and manage consumable inventory levels, placing orders for replacements.
- Adhere to all safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Conduct building maintenance as required.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Possession of an 18th Edition certification.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Proficient in computer applications.
- Capable of operating various power tools.
- Physically fit to perform all necessary tasks.
- Comfortable working at heights.
- Able to read and interpret technical documents, reports, and manuals.
- Willingness to engage in ongoing training and development.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Forklift Truck License.
- PPT License.
- Experience in welding.
- IPAF / MEWP License.
- Skills in building and plumbing.
