Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Checkit plc. As a key member of our Customer Support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers, ensuring their systems are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner, providing solutions to technical issues and resolving problems.
  • Deliver remote technical support for our Connected Automated Monitoring (CAM) and Connected Workforce Management (CWM) customers, ensuring their systems are functioning correctly.
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends.
  • Collaborate with our 1st Line Support team to resolve customer issues, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance our customer support processes.
Requirements
  • Strong technical background, preferably in IT or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience with remote software diagnosis tools and a strong understanding of alarm monitoring systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer issues simultaneously.
