About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Merchandiser to join our team at Smiths News, a leading Field Marketing Company. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for providing exceptional merchandising services to our customers across a geographic area, delivering point of sale (till point) placement and promotional set ups across our customer sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert merchandising services to customers, ensuring high-quality displays and promotional materials.
  • Work independently to achieve sales and marketing objectives, using initiative and decision-making skills.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with the field team to share best practices and expertise.
  • Contribute to the development of sales and marketing strategies, providing insights and recommendations.

About You

We are looking for a friendly, confident, and reliable individual with excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude. Previous merchandising experience is advantageous but not mandatory. You will need to be located within 15 miles of the advertised area and have the ability to work on your own initiative and make decisions under pressure.
