About the Organization:
Vision for Education - Northampton is collaborating with various Secondary educational institutions across the region. We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to take on the role of Classroom Supervisors.
Role Overview:
As a Classroom Supervisor, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of managing lessons for groups of approximately 30 students in the absence of the regular class instructor. You will be required to oversee classes across a diverse range of secondary school subjects. However, it is important to note that you are not expected to possess specialized knowledge in every subject area.

Successful candidates will demonstrate adaptability, flexibility, motivation, confidence, and organizational skills. A genuine passion for education and a commitment to supporting young learners is essential.
Professional Development:
This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience within a Secondary educational setting, which can be beneficial for those considering Initial Teacher Training in the future. While prior experience in a Secondary School is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite.
Training Program:
For those new to the role, a comprehensive Classroom Supervisor Training Program will be provided to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge.
