About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team at Exemplar Health Care. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of nursing and care colleagues to deliver high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage a team of nursing and care colleagues to ensure the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.
  2. Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents.
  3. Oversee and manage the clinical elements and risks associated with the care of our residents.
  4. Ensure that care plans and risk assessments are completed and reviewed in a timely manner.
  5. Act as the Named Nurse for residents allocated to you, with responsibility for the oversight, review, and update of their care profiles.
  6. Supervise and manage the ordering, handling, storage, administration, recording, and disposal of medication.

Requirements:

  1. First-level nursing registration with a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) PIN.
  2. Post-registration and management or supervisory experience and/or training or qualifications.
  3. Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, residents, and families.
  5. A thorough understanding of best practice in nursing care and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
