About the Role:
The Company: On Target Recruitment is a leading recruitment agency specialising in sales, technical, and commercial jobs in various sectors. We are currently seeking a Graduate Sales Professional to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Technical Sales Representatives in preparing quotations, designs, and follow-ups.
- Research sales leads and projects as requested.
- Handle telephone enquiries and transfer relevant project leads to the Technical Sales Representatives.
- Support the Hire Office team and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Maintain and develop relationships with well-established customers while closing new business.
- Liaise with internal staff within depots and design teams to ensure the delivery of products.
- Communicate effectively with contractors on site and provide feedback regarding unexploited opportunities and competitors.

Requirements:
- Passion for sales and good communication skills.
