Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the conveyancing team in managing residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, and remortgages.
  • Open new files, perform client due diligence, and ensure all compliance and regulatory requirements are met.
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction, providing regular updates and answering queries.
  • Draft standard correspondence, prepare legal documents, and complete forms such as Land Registry applications and SDLT returns.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
