About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate or experienced teaching assistant to develop their skills and experience in working with students with Special Needs and Behaviour Disorders. You will work closely with students, teachers, and other support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individualised support to students with Special Needs and challenging behaviour
- Work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement behaviour support plans
- Assist with lesson planning and delivery to ensure students receive a high-quality education
- Support students with Autism and Learning Disabilities to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience working with students with Special Needs and challenging behaviour
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for supporting students with Special Needs and Behaviour Disorders
