**Job Title:** Commercial Accounts Specialist

**About Us:** At Brown & Brown Europe, we are a leading insurance broker dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Accounts Specialist to join our team in Ipswich.

**Job Summary:**

  • As a Commercial Accounts Specialist, you will be responsible for handling sales and advisory positions, offering and renewing insurance contracts to clients within our business division.
  • You will need to deliver effective, quality advice and efficient customer service combined with a commitment to your professional development.
  • Provide administrative support and service clients for designated Account Executives or Small Business Units as required.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Handle new business enquiries, renewals, and mid-term adjustments of insurance policies.
  • Assist in the administration and organization of client accounts.
  • Liaise with the claims department to verify loss experience at each renewal.
  • Ensure that any formal complaints or potential formal complaints are referred immediately to the Compliance Officer or a Director.
