Job Title: Dental Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dental Nurse to join our team at Synergy Dental Group. As a Dental Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our dentists in delivering high-quality treatments.

The Role:
  • Assist dentists with all treatments, providing chair-side support to a high standard.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and productive working environment in all surgeries, ensuring that all nursing staff adhere to the required standards.
  • Assist with clinical notes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at all times.
  • Work alongside dentists with varying experience and specialisms, maintaining a safe and efficient surgery environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with training and development, completing all necessary modules.
  • Adhere to cross-infection controls and ensure compliance with HTM01-05 regulations.
  • Greet patients and handle payments.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Hold a full dental nursing qualification and be GDC registered.
  • Exhibit outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to multitask.
  • Be able to work under pressure and demonstrate a desire for professional growth.
  • Be IT proficient, with experience in Microsoft Office packages.
  • Display exceptional chair-side manner, with a patient-focused approach.
  • Present a friendly and approachable demeanor, with a passion for helping others.
