Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Project Scheduler, you will oversee the project control elements necessary for a robust and persuasive proposal. Your role will encompass:
  • Managing a comprehensive response portfolio from the Electronics Warfare sector.
  • Facilitating collaboration across various functions to achieve desired project outcomes.
  • Utilizing Primavera P6 for all scheduling activities, ensuring expert-level proficiency.
  • Coaching and guiding the bid team in project control best practices.

Essential Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:
  • Experience in mentoring cross-functional teams in effective planning and scheduling techniques.
  • Strong engagement skills to influence stakeholders, including those at the VP level.
  • Independence in adhering to procedures while recognizing when to escalate issues.
  • Knowledge of Schedule Risk Analysis, including identification and management strategies.
  • Commercial insight and financial awareness.
  • Extensive experience in Project Controls, particularly in bid phases and complex engineering projects.
  • Expertise in using P6 Scheduling Tool.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities.

Desirable Attributes:
While not mandatory, the following qualifications would be advantageous:
  • APMG Project Controls Practitioner certification.

This role will primarily require on-site presence, with occasional remote work flexibility. Candidates with existing security clearance are preferred.
