About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Paralegal to join our Catastrophic Injury Team. As a key member of our team, you will provide support on catastrophic and large loss cases, working closely with Partners to investigate claims, take statements, review medical records, and prepare court bundles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate claims and gather evidence
  • Take statements from clients and witnesses
  • Review medical records and reports
  • Prepare briefing notes and court bundles
  • Draft letters, instructions, and requests to Counsel
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of 1 year's previous relevant personal injury experience, a keen eye for detail, and exceptional organisational and communication skills. You must also be able to deal with clients in an empathetic manner.
