Conveyancing Team Lead

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Conveyancing Team Manager to join our team at BCL Legal in Manchester. As a Conveyancing Team Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of fee earners of all levels, overseeing a varied caseload of sales, purchases, freehold, and leasehold properties, and providing technical support, training, and file reviews.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of fee earners, providing guidance, support, and supervision to ensure the smooth delivery of conveyancing services.
- Oversee a caseload of conveyancing transactions, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
- Provide technical support and training to team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality services.
- Conduct file reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Recruit and manage a team of fee earners, ensuring the right skills and experience are in place to meet business needs.
Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge and experience in the conveyancing process, with a strong understanding of residential property law.
- Proven management experience, with a track record of leading high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
