Position: HGV Technician

Compensation: £31.29 Per hour Umbrella Ltd

Service Care Solutions is in search of a proficient HGV Technician to become a vital part of our client's workforce.

This role presents an excellent chance to utilize and enhance your expertise in routine servicing, diagnostics, and repair tasks on a diverse fleet of heavy goods vehicles, light vehicles, and specialized machinery.


Key Duties:
  • Conduct regular maintenance on various vehicles and machinery
  • Perform diagnostic evaluations and execute necessary repairs
  • Collaborate with a team of skilled vehicle and plant technicians
  • Effectively communicate with colleagues and management
  • Adopt a customer-centric approach in all responsibilities

Qualifications:
  • NVQ Level 3/City & Guilds (or equivalent) in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance/Repair
  • Experience in HGV maintenance; candidates with backgrounds in light vehicle or agricultural sectors are also welcome to apply
  • Valid driving license (LGV Category C preferred)
  • Strong organizational abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8am to 3:30pm
