Senior Solicitor - Immigration Law

We are seeking an experienced Senior Solicitor to join our Immigration Law team. As a Senior Solicitor, you will provide expert legal advice and representation in Immigration Law cases, as well as supervise and manage a caseload of junior solicitors and support staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert legal advice and representation in Immigration Law cases.
  • Supervise and manage a caseload of junior solicitors and support staff.
  • Lead and manage a team of paralegals/solicitors, ensuring high professional standards and effective collaboration.
  • Engage with potential clients, convert leads into clients, and build strong relationships through effective communication and tailored legal solutions.
  • Utilise LEAP case management software to organise, track, and manage cases efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in Immigration Law.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems for lead management.
  • Proficiency with LEAP case management software is essential.
  • Exceptional client relationship management skills focusing on converting leads into long-term clients.
