Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as washing, dressing, and personal care
- Support clients with medication management and administration
- Accompany clients on outings and provide social support
- Assist clients with meal preparation and cooking
- Provide respite care and support to clients and their families

Requirements
- 16 years or older
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working Hours
We require Care Support Workers to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings, Monday to Sunday.
Location
We cover a wide range of areas, including Richmond upon Thames, Twickenham, Kew, Whitton, Teddington, Barnes, Mortlake, Hampton, Hampton Wick, Hampton Hill, East Sheen, Ham and Petersham, and St Margarets.
