About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Development Manager to join our team at Apetito. As a key member of our New Product Development (NPD) team, you will be responsible for leading and managing product development projects from concept to launch, ensuring compliance with our development process and company policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage product development projects at all stages of the development process, from idea generation to launch.
  • Identify and develop new product opportunities to improve our food offering and create competitive advantage.
  • Work closely with our Dietitians, Chefs, and Manufacturing teams to identify and deliver improvement opportunities, taking into consideration the needs of all stakeholders.
  • Lead and support projects from ideation through to launch, applying problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and delivering food products that create real competitive advantage.
  • Deputise for your line Manager, providing team leadership and project management support as required.
Requirements
  • A proven track record of success in food product development.
  • Experience of working with others to achieve successful project outcomes.
  • Experience of successful project management.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • A passion for great food.
  • Tenacious with the ability to drive projects forward to successful completion.
