Role Responsibilities
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the assessment, planning, and delivery of specialized nursing care for pediatric patients. You will be responsible for:
- Providing expert clinical guidance and support to nursing staff and students.
- Ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and well-being, while promoting dignity and respect in care.
- Leading clinical audits and participating in research initiatives to enhance service delivery.
- Fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional development and teamwork.
Key Duties
As a Lead Pediatric Nurse, your main duties will include:
- Delivering high-quality clinical care tailored to the individual needs of patients and their families.
- Managing a designated group of patients, ensuring a safe and supportive clinical environment.
- Identifying educational needs and implementing appropriate training programs for patients and caregivers.

Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A relevant nursing qualification and registration with the appropriate regulatory body.
- Significant post-registration experience in pediatric nursing.
