We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Sales Professional to join our fantastic residential sales team in Chigwell working in our well-known Bairstow Eves estate agency.

Your Role:

The main purpose of the role is to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, agree sales, and progress sales through to exchange and completion. You will also be optimizing every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.

Requirements:

  • Preferably an experienced sales person with a proven track record of success.
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
  • IT literate with proficiency in MS Office, internet, and email systems.
  • A Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
