About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell new and used vehicles to customers, meeting sales targets and exceeding customer expectations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
  • Proven experience working in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment, meeting sales targets and exceeding customer expectations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Full UK driving license and a clean driving record
