We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to fill the role of Team Leader at our Greggs bakery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the bakery in the absence of the Manager
  • Lead and engage the team to ensure smooth operations
  • Promote sales and increase profitability
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Participate in food preparation, store cleanliness, and serving customers

Requirements:

  • Supervisory experience preferred, but not required
  • Experience in hospitality or retail a plus
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
