About the Role

GKN Automotive is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Quality Manufacturing Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in our transformation journey. As a key decision maker, you will be accountable for process designs within Manufacturing and Quality, ensuring business requirements are met while supporting the overall objectives of the programme and adhering to SAP best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate workshops to provide Manufacturing Processes requirements for SAP S/4HANA Implementation.
  • Analyze and optimize Quality-Manufacturing processes, leveraging SAP S/4HANA Quality-Manufacturing functionalities for maximum efficiency.
  • Elicit, document, and manage business requirements for SAP S/4HANA Quality-Manufacturing solutions.
  • Lead efforts to integrate SAP S/4HANA Quality-Manufacturing solutions, ensuring data consistency and optimal end-to-end Quality-Manufacturing operations.
  • Support testing and quality assurance for SAP S/4HANA Quality-Manufacturing solutions.
  • Provide training support for SAP S/4HANA Quality-Manufacturing solutions.
  • Support change management initiatives for SAP S/4HANA Quality-Manufacturing solutions.
  • Utilize SAP S/4HANA Quality-Manufacturing analytics tools to provide insights and support decision-making processes.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing and Quality Master Data, Materials Requirement planning, Production Execution and Quality Management.
  • Technical background and ability to translate functional requirements to technical requirements.
  • Ability to understand impact of issue on business and identify suitable solutions.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills within the Quality-Manufacturing domain.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to engage Quality-Manufacturing stakeholders.
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision.
  • Experience of working in the Automotive Industry is a plus.
  • SAP S/4HANA Quality-Manufacturing certifications are a plus.
Education and Language Skills

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level. Good English language – both verbal and written.
